Celtic defender Mikael Lustig already knows which club he wants in the last sixteen of the Champions League.

"I was a big Juventus fan when I was growing up but I don't know why" - Mikael Lustig
The 26-year-old Swedish international full-back was always a keen Juventus fan as a youngster and would like nothing more than to see the Turin giants lining-up against his own club when the draw is made next week.

"I was a big Juventus fan when I was growing up but I don't know why," Lustig told BBC Scotland. "I don't think they are going to win the Champions League but they are obviously the best team in Italy right now and they should be disappointed if they don't reach the semi-final.

"We are going to be underdogs whoever we get, although on paper Malaga could be a good draw for us," he continued. "We were probably underdogs in every group game and we handled that pressure quite well."

Manager Brendan Rodgers said the latest victory against Dundee in the Scottish League Cup served to highlight the depth of his available squad.

Dundee 0 Celtic 4

Holders Celtic moved into the Scottish League Cup semi-finals with a 4-0 victory against Dundee at Dens Park.

The always lively Scott Sinclair's penalty earned them a first-half lead improved by James Forrest just prior to the break.

However, the Hoops were forced to wait until very late in the contest before substitute Callum McGregor and Forrest (again) added further goals.

Defender Dedryck Boyata was passed fit to play following a knee injury that had ruled him out so far
