'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Let's keep it going - Mjallby

Celtic assistant manager Johan Mjallby wants to keep the winning run going ahead of the re-arranged visit of Dundee United on Tuesday evening.

"We had a good break in Marbella and it was great to start with a win and a good performance" - Johan Mjallby
The Hoops returned to action following the winter break with a 4-1 victory over Hearts at the weekend - to keep themselves a full nine points clear at the top of the table.

"I'm very, very pleased," Mjallby told Celtic's official website. "We had a good break in Marbella and it was great to start with a win and a good performance."

However, Celtic are once again likely to be without goalkeeper Fraser Forster for the visit of Peter Houston's side, while both Kris Commons and Adam Matthews are current doubts for the game.

"Fraser's got a stiff neck," Mjallby continued. "It's more of a precaution to make sure that he's going to be 100 per cent fit and ready for the coming games but he's going to be doubtful to play against Dundee United.

"We've also got slight doubts about Kris Commons and Adam Matthews so we will leave it as late as possible before we decide on them," he added. "James Forrest and Paddy McCourt are still not training, but apart from that I think we are in good health."
