Juventus striker Alessandro Matri should hold onto his starting place against Celtic in the Champions League this evening.

Matri was expected to partner Montenegrin international Mirko Vučinić in attack in their now trademark 3-5-2 line-up following on from his recent strikes against Chievo and Fiorentina.

It means that Sebastian Giovinco will probably have to settle for a place on the bench, where he will be joined by Ghanaian midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah after returning from the Africa Cup of Nations.

With Giorgio Chiellini still on the sidelines, Martin Caceres is set to feature on the left of a back three also comprising Andrea Barzagli and Leonardo Bonucci - with Federico Peluso replacing the injured Paolo De Ceglie wide on the left.

Juventus (probable): Buffon; Barzagli, Bonucci, Caceres; Lichtsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Marchisio, Peluso; Vučinić, Matri

subs: Storari, Asamoah, Pogba, Marrone, Giovinco, Quagliarella, Anelka
