Celtic winger wants clear run

Celtic winger James Forrest hopes for a clear run until the end of the season after recently returning to action.

"It has been really frustrating to come back and then get injured" - James Forrest
The 21-year-old forward has appeared in five of the last six games and was on target from the penalty spot in the weekend rout of bottom-of-the-table Dundee at Celtic Park.

"I feel good. I have done a lot of running with the sports scientist and I feel good," Forrest told Celtic's official website. "I just need to get more games. It has been really frustrating to come back and then get injured.

"They have been niggling injuries so hopefully I can have a bit of luck and stay fit until the end of the season," he continued. "There has not been anything seriously wrong so that is a good thing. I am just looking forward to the rest of the season now."

Forrest has so far managed 22 appearances for the SPL leaders this season and has scored three times in his last seven games.
