Manager Neil Lennon insists investment is needed for SPL leaders Celtic to become Champions League regulars.

"If I can get £10m to spend on new players in the summer, we'll be even better" - Neil Lennon
The Hoops made it to the last sixteen of the competition this season until losing comfortably over two-legs to Italian champions Juventus last week.

"What I need is investment," Lennon admitted to stv.tv. "If I can get £10m to spend on new players in the summer, we`ll be even better.

"This club is ripe. We've got really talented young players in the team," he continued. "We haven't spent a lot of money, we've made a profit every window, we've cut the wage bill and sometimes when you have that sort of cut back then the quality is diluted at times and that's what we're seeing."

Meanwhile, Lennon readily accepts that some players will be leaving in the summer but confirmed that planning for next season was already well underway.
