Celtic defender Efe Ambrose says all attention now switches to their perhaps title-deciding weekend clash with Hibernian at Parkhead.

The Hoops were at the centre of some controversial refereeing decisions as midfielder Victor Wanyama was sent-off before St Mirren were later awarded a dubious penalty in their 1-1 draw in Paisley on Sunday.

However, Celtic still approach the forthcoming weekend knowing they can secure a second successive title if they win and Motherwell lose against St Mirren.

"In football it doesn`t always go the way you planned," Ambrose the Celtic View, reports Celtic's official website. "It can go in an ugly way and sometimes it can go in a good way.

"The most important thing is for us to keep our heads straight and our aim on the championship, work harder and prepare well," he continued. "On some days, you have a bad day and win and there are days when you play fantastic and lose - this is football. You just have to accept it and move on."
