Celtic are up in the Highlands this weekend for their penultimate league away game at Ross County.

"I would say they are definitely out for the weekend" - Johan Mjallby
The visitors are set to once again rest a number of players ahead of their Scottish Cup final meeting with Hibernian later this month.

Goalkeeper Fraser Forster, Emilio Izaguirre, Charlie Mulgrew, Gary Hooper and Georgios Samaras were expected to remain on the sidelines alongside already injured trio Scott Brown, Adam Matthews and James Forrest.

However, Kris Commons and Joe Ledley could both return to the side defeated at Motherwell last week, while several Youth Academy players may similarly earn inclusion within the squad.

"Scott is still out. James Forrest and Adam Matthews are still not really 100 per cent fit but are back in training but I would say they are definitely out for the weekend," assistant manager Johan Mjallby told Celtic's official website. "The three who have the biggest chance to be included in the squad are Bahrudin Atajic, Paul George and Callum McGregor."

County were likely to select from an unchanged squad with defender Branislav Micic (shoulder) and goalkeeper Mark Brown (hand) still unavailable.
