Celtic defender Mikael Lustig believes fatigue could be their greatest enemy in the Scottish Cup final meeting with Hibernian on Sunday.

"We know there is a lot of games involved and you have to try and be alert in your head" - Mikael Lustig
The showpiece occasion marks a 59th game this season for the Scottish champions, who also made the last sixteen of the Champions League until eventually going out of the competition to Juventus.

"Is there a sense of tiredness to the squad? Yeah, I think so," Lustig admitted to BBC Scotland. "Playing 50 games is a lot. It will be the same next year. Hopefully we are going to play in Europe again. We know there is a lot of games involved and you have to try and be alert in your head."

The Swedish international full-back could actually earn time off this weekend as he is challenged by the returning Adam Matthews for a starting role at Hampden Park.

"I'm not guaranteed a start. We will see what happens with Adam first, to see if he is going to be fit or not," he continued. "Maybe I'll play or not, maybe I'll be at right-back or centre-half, I don't know. I'm just hoping that I will play."

Dundee 1 Celtic 2

Celtic are just a single-victory away from a sixth successive league title after a 2-1 triumph against Dundee at Dens Park.

It took the visitors until approaching the interval before Jozo Simunovic's effort deflected in off Kevin Gomis. Stuart Armstrong then headed in James Forrest's cross early in the second period.

Substitute Faissal El Bakhtaoui managed to reduce the deficit with fourteen minutes remaining, but it wasn't enough to produce a recovery.
