Celtic assistant manager Johan Mjallby has promised his side will be absolutely thorough in their preparations when facing Hearts this weekend.

"It's never easy to win football games" - Johan Mjallby
The Swede is keen to avoid any dangerous signs of overconfidence following the recent 7-0 hammering his side inflicted on their Edinburgh visitors in the Scottish Cup.

"It's not easy for them as they are a very young team and confidence-wise they have been struggling a wee bit lately," Mjallby told SkySports. "But the main thing is not for us to go in and think it's going to be 7-0 all over again.

"That's the worrying thing and something we need to press home, as we can't go into the game thinking it will be easy," he added. "It's never easy to win football games. We really need to be spot on, try to play with the tempo with which we have done lately away from home."

Skipper Scott Brown's second-half winner was enough to move Celtic four points clear at the top of the table with a 1-0 victory at Dundee.

Brown struck into the net straight after the interval to ensure another maximum points return for the visitors heading into the international break.

Winger Scott Sinclair had been looking to register for the seventh successive league game and called goalkeeper Scott Bain into early action with a shot intended for the top corner.
