Skipper wants unbeaten season

Skipper Scott Brown wants Celtic to remain unbeaten throughout the whole season.

"I wouldn't say it was impossible but it's a very difficult thing to do" - Neil Lennon
However, manager Neil Lennon has instead preferred to distance himself from such talk, believing it to be a very difficult feat to achieve.

The Hoops are currently ten points clear
of the rest and with still a game in hand,
having remained undefeated in sixteen games so far and with a further twenty-two to go.

"It's huge for us to go as many games as possible unbeaten," Brown told BBC Scotland. "We want to go the whole season without getting beaten - we want as many points on the board as possible."

But Lennon countered: "I wouldn't say it was impossible but it's a very difficult thing to do, so I wouldn't get too ahead of ourselves on that. We're not even at halfway, so it's a lot to ask."

As the man solely responsible for our defeat to Barcelona in Paradise this season, he should no longer be captain of this club. We are too big for him. His lack of common sense is also evident when making statements like this about staying unbeaten all season. How about the smart statement like , "we will take each game as it comes" instead of setting us up for a fall less than halfway through the season?
