Celtic full-back Mikael Lustig is really keen to get back into competitive action as the new season approaches.

"He's probably the most exciting manager in Scandinavia right now" - Mikael Lustig
The Swedish international is particularly looking forward to working with recently-appointed Norwegian manager Ronny Deila at Celtic Park.

"I had heard of Ronny Deila when I was in Norway," Lustig told Celtic's official website. "He was the manager for Stromsgodset and the way they play their football was very good.

"He likes to play on the ground, and play attacking football with a lot of combinations," he added. "He`s also very good with the young lads so hopefully we can develop them as well. He's probably the most exciting manager in Scandinavia right now."

We should have scored more - Rodgers

Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers believes they should have scored more than the five goals at Rangers.

Rangers 1 Celtic 5

Celtic thrashed Rangers 5-1 at Ibrox in the final Old Firm meeting of the season.

The visitors raced into an early two-goal advantage as Scott Sinclair converted a penalty after Patrick Roberts was fouled by Myles Beerman.

Leigh Griffiths' fierce drive soon added another before Callum McGregor was similarly on target following the interval.

Defender Dedryck Boyata then headed in Griffiths' free-kick, and Mikael Lustig curled a late fifth after Kenny Miller's solitary reply.<
