New arrival Wakaso Mubarak is not unduly concerned by Celtic's disappointing exit from the Champions League.

"I want to build my career up again like I was doing in Spain" - Wakaso Mubarak
The 24-year-old Ghanaian winger missed their 2-1 aggregate defeat to Slovenian opponents NK Maribor as he was still awaiting a work permit. He now joins on loan from Russian club Rubin Kazan and has also featured for both Espanyol and Villarreal.

"We were looking forward to playing in the Champions League but we couldn't make it and it is part of football," Mubarak told BBC Scotland. "I know Celtic is a good team for me. I only met him [Ronny Deila] yesterday. We haven't spoken yet and I think there are a lot of things to talk about.

"I don't really know much about his tactics and his ways of playing so there is a lot to ask him and a lot to hear from him," he added. "I want to build my career up again like I was doing in Spain and to help the team."
