Newly-arrived winger Mubarak Wakaso is ready to make a really big impression at Celtic.

"The fans should keep the fire in their hearts because without them there is no team" - Mubarak Wakaso
The 24-year-old Ghanaian joined the Scottish champions on loan from Russian outfit Rubin Kazan last week and could hardly contain his excitement over his latest challenge.

"I'm so excited to be here and the people I have met since I arrived have been amazing to me," Wakaso told the Celtic View, reports Celtic's official website. "Celtic is a good team and I'm looking forward to seeing more good things.

"The fans should keep the fire in their hearts because without them there is no team and without a team there is no support so they should keep on," he added. "I saw amazing support in the game against Dundee United and it was so great, so they should not give up. We need them to be part of us to fight."

Ready to fire eh? Great! Fire the manager. The worst in the history of our great club. He makes Mowbray and Barnes look like geniuses.
