Very disappointing result - Rodgers
Manager Brendan Rodgers admitted that Celtic had struggled with their creativity while suffering a narrow 1-0 defeat at Kilmarnock.
Home midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu struck the winner midway through the second-half to inflict only a second domestic defeat under his leadership since being appointed into the role in May 2016.
"We could've played here until midnight and not scored," Rodgers conceded to BBC Scotland. "We weren't really threatening. We were disappointing.
"Defensively, we were a bit passive at times, even though we didn't have so much defending to do," he added. "We can blame injuries, we can look at the pitch and all sorts where it's very difficult to play, but the bottom line is we weren't so good today. Very disappointing result."
