Substitute James Forrest came off the bench to grab an equaliser and avoid a first domestic defeat for Celtic in a 1-1 draw at Hibernian.
The hosts had previously taken a first-half lead when Paul Heffernan netted despite appearing to be in an offside position.
But Forrest stepped up to curl in a 77th minute equaliser whilst Hibs' Ryan McGivern was on the sidelines receiving treatment.
Manager Neil Lennon earlier awarded a debut to teenage defender Darnell Fisher in the absences of both Adam Matthews and Mikael Lustig. Fellow full-back Emilio Izaguirre also missed out with a virus.
Kris Commons was wide with a couple of early efforts for the visitors after good work from Teemu Pukki and Scott Brown. But it was the hosts going ahead when Heffernan seized upon a loose ball and produced a low finish past Fraser Forster despite appearing to be in an offside position.
Celtic's reply had Commons chipping narrowly over having beaten the offside trap. Anthony Stokes was also wide of the mark and then could only find the side-netting following keeper Ben Williams denying Georgios Samaras.
However, a misjudgment from Williams almost brought about an equaliser when Forrest, on for the injured Commons, crossed for Pukki's effort to be blocked by McGivern.
The league leaders continued to press forward into the second period with Williams keeping out both Beram Kayal and Stokes either side of Efe Ambrose heading over. Charlie Mulgrew next struck a free-kick into the defensive wall after Forrest was brought down.
Owain Tudur Jones and Liam Craig replied with efforts at the other end, until substitute Forrest skipped into the box and curled an excellent equaliser into the far corner with thirteen minutes remaining.
Stokes volleyed over as the visitors now sensed a winner and Brown was also wide before Williams denied goalscorer Forrest.
